Waiting for a bus..waiting for a taxi..waiting for someone special..waiting for a new camera..waiting for a chance to shoot a scene.. It’s all about the waiting, but every of them is a bit diferent. A month ago I was striding towards a regular meeting spot where Ana and I meet when I’m in Belgrade, and when my eye caught this scene, I told myself that I’ll have to shoot it when I get my camera. So I did it..a few days ago I shot it. And I’m satisfied with the result. I cropped just a bit of it’s top with sunlight reflections.

Your D70 is truly kickin ass. How do you like your new toy? This is truly an awesome picture!
Ken Rockwell said: “Nikon D70 is the best digital camera under $4,000. It is superior to every other digital camera I’ve used under $4,000, and it even has some better features and cleaner images than some fringe $5,000 professional DSLRs I’ve tried.”
I won’t agree 100% with him, but I’m 100% satisfied with mine..which is far more important ;)
But let’s not forget that the first picture is in our heads, then in our cameras, and lastly at our computer screens and our sites :)
You definitely seem to be settling in well with your new tool – this scene was certainly worthy of capture. The overall darkness of the image really serves to make the yellow bits jump off the screen.
