This one is from a series of photos I made during my last visit to Belgrade. The series is about 4 homeless kids addicted to inhaling glue evaporation. I photographed their fight about a can of glue. Sad but true.

I really like this one. I love how the boys contrast with the floor. I think it was have been nice to see the shadows, too.
I’m glad you mentioned shadows, as I forgot to mention them :)
I cropped this photo in order to get rid of partially captured shadows. I guess I didn’t pay enought attention while taking it, so I captured some 70% of both shadows.
And the road is being relayered..hence surface furrows.
A fantastic image of a very sad situation. I have a friend in Paris who has been photographing street kids (in Romania) for the last couple of years. Glue sniffing is the only thing those kids have to escape from their daily lives. It’s heartbreaking stuff.
